How do I sign up for OnDemand Storage?

Signing up is easy and creating space is just three clicks away!

  • Select your desired plan
  • Enter your personal information and desired pick-up date
  • Choose how you want to pay

How and when do I pay?

There are no charges until your pick-up is complete. Your credit card on file will be billed on the day of pick-up, and then once every month after.

What can I store?

Anything and everything, except for the following:

  • Illegal substances
  • Perishables
  • Liquids
  • Hazardous Materials

What is the minimum and maximum storage period?

There are none! However, if it is less than 3 months the prices are subject to change.

Can I personally pick up my belongings?

OnDemand Storage does everything for you. We are a company dedicated to simplifying and revolutionizing the storage process. With that said, our storage facilities are closed to the public for security and insurance reasons.

Where are OnDemand Storage locations?

OnDemand Storage has multiple storage locations throughout the Boston area! Your storage unit is in your pocket. You have 24/7 access to your items on any smartphone, tablet, or desktop. You can request 24-hour return with just a few clicks or taps.

How much does it cost to get my belongings delivered back to me?

It depends on the plan you select! All plans come with at least one free drop-off. Any additional returns cost $19.99.

When do I get my first bill?

At the time of pick-up. Your second bill will be one month after pick up. 

What is the billing policy for OnDemand Storage’s services?

We charge customers on a monthly billing cycle. Once your items have been returned to you and are in your possession, the company will stop billing you.

What happens if a payment is late?

Additional fees will apply if a payment is 10 days late.

How do I update my billing information?

Sign into your OnDemand Storage account, and update your personal information in the settings.

Do I need to have my belongings packed before the pick-up time?

This is up to you! The moving process will be easier if you choose to have the items packed beforehand; however, you can request help packing for an additional fee. We do not do assembly, and disassembly costs extra. 

Can I request help packing?

Yes. OnDemand Storage wants to simplify the storage process for the customer by helping in any way possible. You can request help packing once you’ve completed your package selection and selected your pick-up date. Please be aware that additional fees may apply. Any plan that is 10x10 or greater will cost $25 per hour per mover

Does OnDemand Storage offer packing and moving supplies?

Yes. OnDemand Storage offers easy-make boxes that customers may purchase for a small fee. The boxes provided by OnDemand Storage are built-to-last and dependable, making the moving process easier and stress free. These can be found in the storefront as you are checking out for pick-up.

What is the weight limit for each box?

All boxed items weighing over 45 pounds are considered delicate items and are subject to additional charges.

Can I store non-boxed items (furniture, etc.)?

Yes. See the plan offerings on the pricing plans page for more information.

How do I know my items are being stored properly?

OnDemand Storage facilities are all climate controlled and have 24-hour security surveillance.

How do I schedule a pick-up?

Scheduling a pick-up is easy. Sign into your account and select the Plan/Items, location, and date. See you then!

How do I request a delivery of my belongings?

You can request items back using our MyUnit feature. However, if you want to contact us another way simply notify OnDemand Storage via email, phone, or through our website!
