Does ODS Distribute Packing Materials?

Yes, we'll be handing out packing supplies as the end of the semester gets closer. Feel Free to reach out with any questions. You are eligible for FREE boxes at MCPHS as long as you have a scheduled storage pickup in Boston, MA. You'll also be able to sign up on-site for storage with pickup at MCPHS or purchase boxes by card.

Can I get Insurance?

Yes! You'll have access to additional insurance and declared value for your stored items. MCPHS students usually purchase an additional $250 of insurance for $25. The insurance lasts for a 4 month period and then you'll have the option to renew before it expires.

Can I use my own packing materials?

Sure! ODS Boxes are great; but if you want to use your own packing materials you can.

How long can I store my stuff for?

You can store your stuff for as long as you'd like. The prices listed on the page are a one time cost per semester period. A semester period in ODS terms is a 3-4 month period that includes one of the following: spring, summer, or fall semester. If you want to store for 2 periods (i.e. traveling abroad from January - September) the cost will be 2x the listed prices. As we mentioned, with 60% of Harvard students traveling abroad, it is common students will store for more than the 3-4 month summer storage period alone.

If you have special circumstances please reach out to ODS. MCPHS University Student Storage can differ from other major universities due to its unique coursework and student demographics, we always do our best to accommodate MCPHS special situations.

When can I get my stuff back?

Luck you! As an MCPHS student you'll have year round access to your items in storage. If you need something back give us a call or request through your online unit.

Where is my stuff stored?

OnDemand Storage uses long lasting relationships and advanced data analytics to secure storage locations near the universities it services. Our MCPHS is location located in close proximity to the school, though we don't disclose the location for security purposes. However if you would like to come and pick something up, please call 781-499-5330 and we can help arrange an appointment!
