All customers are required to pay for storage costs on a 30 day billing cycle, starting on the storage entry date. Customers can set payments to automatically be deducted from their account on file, or can manually make payments every billing cycle.

Yes, all staff is trained on the proper social distancing guidelines outlined by the CDC and provided with PPE equipment necessary for customer interaction.
